WELCOME! We look forward to working with all of our football players and cheerleaders in 2010, the Forty-second season of Airlanes Football. Airlanes Jr. Football is a Not for Profit Organization that was established in 1968. Airlanes teaches over 500 boys and girls from the area each year, the fundamentals of football, cheerleading, and sportsmanship. Airlanes has received the Cheektowaga Service to Youth Award as an organization, and also has individuals that have received this award for their committment to youth. Airlanes is proud to have dedicated individuals that have contributed to our continuing success. Airlanes accomplishments are not seen in trophies and awards, but are seen in the character of those individuals who go on to serve the community with leadership, dedication, and knowledge, from the fundamentals they learned through football and cheerleading.

Volunteers Airlanes is run completely by volunteers. We are always in need of volunteers to help with committees, or to help coach. If you are willing to volunteer some of your time to help keep this organization running strong, please contact Mr. Frank Szefler at 725-3133. Board Meetings Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month, at the Losson Park recreational building, at 7 pm during the off-season. Meetings are open to everyone.

Festival of Lights Competition: Airlanes was well represented at this year's Festival of Lights Competition in Niagara Falls Canada, December 5th and 6th. AJF Banquet: Parents, at this event, you were given a questionnaire to fill out. Please take the time to do so, that we may do a self-evaluation of the organization during the off-season. You may also use this form to volunteer for Airlanes in whatever capacity you choose. All comments are confidential. Thank You. HJK Champions! Congratulations to Head Coach Kevin Stablewski, Coach Ted, Coach Ken, Coach E, Coach Jeff and the Varsity Falcons, who won the 155 lb.HJK Championship game at Orchard Park High School, 26-15 against Orchard Park White! Congratulations to the Airlanes Varsity Falcon Cheerleaders, who took Third Place at the HJK Competition at Buffalo State College. Congratulations to the Airlanes JV Panther Cheerleaders, who took Third Place at the HJK Competition at Buffalo State College. Nice job Ladies!!! Tyro Competition: Congratulations to the Airlanes Freshman Buccaneer Cheerleaders, who won First Place at the Tyro Competition at the Flickinger Center! Congratulations go out to the Airlanes Pee-Wee Bulldogs, who took Second Place in the Tyro Competition. Congratulations go out to the Airlanes JV Cardinals, who took Second Place in the Tyro Competition! Tyro Bowl Game! Congratulations to Coach Mike McCarthy and the JV Buccaneers who are the Tyro league's runner-up this year at the 135 level. Great season guys! Drawing winners: On Wednesday October 21st, all prize winners were drawn for our annual fundraiser at our monthly board meeting.
